Custom Conveyor Systems

Our Food Plant conveyors are generally manufactured to USDA standards of 304 stainless steel with stainless steel bearings, shafts, profiles and spacers. Runners are UHMW, legs are 1 1/2" or 2" square tubing with adjustable feet. Motors and gearboxes are as specified but are normally BISSC approved washdown duty, either shaft mounted or sprocket driven. Bakery Conveyors are as specified (mild steel, aluminum or stainless steel).

Belting used is as specified. We specialize in plastic belting but also use Table Top stainless steel, mild steel or plastic. For dough applications we prefer Neoprene

One of our specialties is small radius transfers for very small or hard-to-transfer food items. We also specialize in right angle and other change-of-direction transfers or diversions.

Motor controls are as required but most often contain Variable Frequency Drives. In addition, our conveyor systems often contain PLC controls in NEMA 4X stainless steel enclosures. In any case, our systems are custom fabricated.

Installation is offered for those who prefer "Turnkey" operations with skilled millwrights.
